AusGroup strengthens position in Western Australia’s growing lithium sector

AusGroup Limited and its subsidiaries AGC and MAS have recently secured over A$60 million of contracts strengthening its position in the growing lithium sector.

The continuing construction work at Talison’s Greenbushes site and the commencement of work at Tianqi’s Kwinana site are both supported by AusGroup’s local Kwinana manufacturing facility enabling seamless delivery to meet critical construction schedules.

CEO and Executive Director Shane Kimpton said, “We are proud to be part of these critical lithium projects that are important not only to Western Australia, but to the local Kwinana region. AusGroup has been operating the Kwinana fabrication premises for almost 30 years and is well positioned to provide integrated mechanical, fabrication and access services to the lithium market which is experiencing accelerated growth.”
