The board of directors (the “Board”) of AusGroup Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Company’s announcements in relation to the Exchange Offer and the Ezion Loan Capitalisation dated 21 May 2017 (the “Previous Announcement”) and 31 May 2017. All capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcement, unless the context requires otherwise.
