A group of Woodside graduates recently visited our Kwinana and Henderson facilities, with sessions hosted by our leadership team.

The graduates represented a number of departments from the Woodside business including mechanical engineering, subsea, HSE and contracts. They were invited for a facility tour as part of our ongoing commitment to support learning and development opportunities as we build strong client relationships.

During the half day event, graduates received insight into how contractors operate, as we took them through our fabrication and manufacturing process at Kwinana where they had the opportunity to see and interact with some of the Woodside assets at various stages of production.

They were then taken through our Henderson facility where we demonstrated how IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) rope access and training certification is conducted and introduced the graduates to some of the innovative access solutions the team has developed to improve safety and efficiency.

After the visit, the graduates provided feedback on the day saying, “Thank you so much for coordinating the visit. All of us had a very enjoyable and informative time. We really enjoyed seeing the manufacturing work done on site at AGC and hearing about the innovative solutions developed at MAS. As graduates, this opportunity gave us good grounding for the engineering work that we do.”
