The Scope

With previous experience at Kwinana Waste to Energy Project, AusGroup was contracted to pre-assemble 8 x modules (cubes) Bag and Boiler House structures and Hoppers at AusGroup’s Kwinana Operations, which features a large laydown and assembly area >25,000m2, transportation to site and onsite installation.  Overall breakdown of works included:

  • Receiving and checking materials using Track Base
  • Specialist fabrication and welding
  • Pre-assembly of 8 x Modules
  • Specialist fabric filters and insultation on the Hoppers
  • Pre-assembly of structural steel into transportable modules (cubes, towers or panels)
  • Transportation envelope planning from AusGroup Kwinana facility to the project location
  • Transportation of all structures to site
