Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• AusGroup introduced the scaffolding norms from Gorgon to transition from a T&M Model to a Norms Execution model.
• Improved Norms by 20% utilizing ATPAC Modular Scaffold
• Detailed Norms built for Standard ATPAC Scaffold, ATPAC Modular Scaffold, Tube and Clip Scaffold and Engineered Scaffold for WHS.
• Introduced ExTag Scaffold App that produces Scaffolding Dashboards and Live Mapping
